What does it cost?
Investment is shared on the discovery call. Before talking numbers, we make sure it's the right fit — that's worth more to both of us than a price quote in a chat. What I can say: Standard engagements are 12-month productized retainers. Premium is meaningfully more. Foundation Sprint is a fixed one-time onboarding fee.
How long is the engagement?
Standard is 12 months because trust compounds over time — a founder gets recognized after months of consistent appearance, not weeks. We also offer 3 and 6-month structures for founders who want to test the engine before committing to a full year. We don't auto-renew. Term options are discussed on the discovery call.
Why don't you film at closings?
Compliance. Filming inside title companies during closings creates RESPA Section 8 exposure (broker receiving "marketing value" from a title company), NPI privacy issues, and CFPB enforcement risk. We capture client stories post-close, in controlled settings, 1–2 weeks after closing. Safer for you. Better footage.
What guarantees do you offer?
Foundation Sprint: if you don't have absolute clarity on your content strategy by day 14, full refund. 90-day guarantee: if you've attended every shoot, deployed the assets, and haven't grown engagement 25% or received 3 inbound inquiries, walk away from the remaining contract. No attribution promises on closed loans — that's outside our control.
How much of my time does this take?
One 4-hour batch day per month. A 45-minute strategy call. Two post-close story sessions (you don't coordinate — we do). Scripts are written for you. You show up, deliver, and we ship.
Do I own the work?
Yes. Unlimited usage for all marketing — social, ads, email, web, referral packets. Raw footage is retained by Resolute, with quarterly ($2K) or annual ($7.5K) buyout available if you want it.
Are you taking on new clients right now?
Yes — but selectively. Capacity is a feature of the model, not a bug. Two productized slots are open for Q3 2026. Discovery calls are the way to find out if you're the right fit for one of them.
Do you work outside DFW?
Not currently. DFW is the focus through 2026. Once we have a few productized clients running well, we'll evaluate adjacent niches and regions. For now: founder-led mortgage in DFW only.
