Eight years in the United States Marine Corps as a Maintenance Chief. That's where this started. Not with cameras or content strategies — with discipline. When I finished my service and moved to the Dallas–Fort Worth area, I started paying attention to the real estate market. Not as a buyer — as someone who notices patterns. And the pattern I kept seeing was frustrating.
"I watched agents with 10 years of experience and a 5-star reputation lose listing after listing to competitors who simply looked better online. Not better agents. Louder ones."
They'd walk into a listing presentation with a decade of closed deals and a stack of client testimonials, and they'd lose to the agent who showed up with a slick video and a polished Instagram profile. The seller chose the agent who looked more competent — not the one who was more competent.
That's when it hit me. The agents winning in DFW — closing 30, 40, 50+ transactions a year — weren't necessarily the most skilled. They were the most visible.
